Overstrand railway station was owned and operated by the Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Railway between Cromer and North Walsham and at its height, had a direct train service to London.
Closed in 1953, it is now a private home which can be glimpsed as you take the footpath to Northrepps which passes over the old railway line before heading across the hill and down into the village beyond.
